P3 Equestrian Limited Returns Policy

We want you to purchase with confidence and enjoy shopping with us. Please complete our returns form to request a return so we can review your request.

We do not offer refunds. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Return Request Period: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Approval Required: All returns must be approved by our team before proceeding.

• Return Fee: A minimum $35.00 return processing fee applies to all returns.

• Shipping: If your return is approved, we will supply a prepaid FedEx shipping label. You are responsible for hand-delivering the parcel to your nearest FedEx depot.

• Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria. We do not accept used, dirty, or worn products except for products covered by warranty.

If your return is approved and the item meets the above requirements, you will receive a credit on account.

Please ship your return items within 7 days of receiving the prepaid FedEx shipping label.
